White & Co has been awarded Best Workplaces UAE 2026.

Great Place to Work is the global authority on workplace culture. Certification and category rankings are not applied for or nominated. They are earned through two independent processes: an anonymous, employee-led survey measuring trust, fairness, pride, camaraderie and credibility, and a Culture Audit that evaluates company programs and practices on the basis of evidence. The people who work at White & Co gave the survey answers, and the business was assessed objectively against the rest of the field.
