Careers FAQs
What training will I receive?
Your journey begins with a full week of intensive in-house training led by our Training & Development Managers, Department Heads, CEO, and top-performing agents. You’ll learn everything from Dubai Real Estate laws and processes to closing deals. After earning your academy certificate, you’ll be assigned a specialist community and begin a 12-week mentorship program with hands-on training and daily support from our trainers and Sales & Leasing Directors.
Who will support me?
You’ll have full access to our 9 Sales & Leasing Directors and 3 Training & Development Directors, all with extensive experience in Dubai Real Estate. They’re based in-house and on hand daily to offer expert guidance, answer questions, and help you maximise your earning potential. For any HR-related matters, our dedicated HR Team is also here to support you.
What can I earn?
Our broker-friendly commission structure offers generous 50%–70% splits, supported by low targets to help you maximise your earnings and grow quickly within your career. Along the way, you’ll be heavily incentivised with fantastic cash bonuses, luxury prizes, and unforgettable experiences – all designed to reward your success and keep you motivated.
