Parveen’s HR journey began in the UK, where she established herself in high-pressure, unionised manufacturing and logistics environments, mastering the complexities of employment law while leading core HR operations on the ground. She went on to hold strategic HR Business Partner roles at global powerhouses such as AB InBev (home to Budweiser, Corona, and Stella Artois+) and Associated British Foods, where she became a trusted advisor to senior leadership. There, she led strategic initiatives spanning organisational design, succession planning, change management, and leadership development, with a focus on driving performance through people.
Now based in Dubai, Parveen brings that same energy, insight, and impact to her role as Head of HR at White & Co. Real Estate. Leading both, HR and PRO functions across the group of 450+ employees, she plays a central role in shaping a culture where talent thrives and business scales, putting people at the heart of every success.
