Hailing from Northeast England, Kelly brings a wealth of experience and a dynamic background to her role as Head of Property Management at White & Co. Growing up with a sporting background, she’s no stranger to discipline and resilience—qualities she channels into her professional journey.
With her love for travel, Kelly began her career with Virgin Atlantic Holidays in the UK, frequently travelling to the US and Caribbean before making the move to Dubai in 2022. Starting in Holiday Homes and later transitioning to Property Management, she stepped into her current leadership role in November 2024. Now managing a team of 10, Kelly focuses on restructuring processes, streamlining operations, and driving growth within the department.
A lover of travel and spontaneous adventures, Kelly also enjoys her downtime. Balancing ambition with a sense of fun, she’s always ready for the next challenge.
