Jennifer joined White & Co Real Estate four years ago as an agent, bringing her diverse expertise and deep industry knowledge. After exploring new opportunities, including launching and managing her own real estate brokerage in Dubai, her return to White & Co feels like coming home.
As Sales Director, Jennifer’s leadership is rooted in collaboration, passion, and a genuine desire to help others succeed. She believes a business thrives when its people are empowered and works tirelessly to ensure her team feels supported, inspired, and motivated.
Outside of work, Jennifer is a proud mother to two wonderful sons, her greatest motivation in everything she does.
