About The Meadows
The Meadows offers a secure and tranquil suburban lifestyle, convenient access to city nights out, and stunning tower views. Strolling by a lake and under the trees makes outdoor living stand out. The greenery will make you forget you're in Dubai!
The Meadows is an Emirates Living community by Emaar, located away from the hustle and bustle of city life but close to mainland areas and amenities. It is a well-known residential address in Dubai, close to the coastline, Sheikh Zayed Road, E11, and Dubai Marina's commercial hub. One of Dubai's most famous golf communities has a variety of villas for rent and sale. The area has become one of the most popular areas in the Emirate for purchasing villas.
Meadows Dubai, with its beautiful lakes and streets lined with lush greenery, evokes a serene environment. However, the location provides residents an easy access to various city hubs such as Dubai Marina, Internet City, and Jumeirah Lake Towers (JLT). Meadows Dubai is close to the massive Montgomerie golf course, where residents can tee off on weekends.
The Meadows is undoubtedly a family-friendly community. There are many schools and nurseries, and the daily school run keeps the neighbourhood busy in the mornings. There are swimming pools, playgrounds, and recreation centres for the family that enjoys being active. Families and newlyweds looking to settle down frequently choose The Meadows. Paved public pathways provide a peaceful atmosphere for your family to enjoy at dusk.
1800 villas in 20 different architectural styles can be found in Meadows, divided into nine districts called Meadows 1 through 9. The neighbourhood is meticulously landscaped to give residents a cosy setting surrounded by lakes and greenery. With walkways, parks, and play areas, Meadows is family and pet friendly.
The available villas range from three to seven bedrooms, are typically two stories, and have a variety of roomy floor plans with private balconies and gardens. If you need more privacy from your neighbours, there is plenty of room between each villa and the full-grown greenery. The villas' facades are designed in the tradition of Dubai's architecture.
The metro may not be within walking distance of Meadows, but DMCC and DAMAC Properties are nearby. The bus is the only readily available public transportation, which frequently travels through the neighbourhood.
