Overview

The Social Distribution Manager is responsible for posting, scheduling, community management and performance reporting for 20+ high performing brokers. You will ensure every piece of content reaches the right audience at the right time and carries a consistent, premium feel.

This is a delivery focused role for someone who is fast, accurate and understands how platforms work. You will collaborate closely with the Broker Content Lead, Producer, Editor and the wider marketing team to ensure that social media becomes a powerful lead generation channel for each broker.

Key Responsibilities

  • Upload, schedule and post content across Instagram, TikTok and other platforms
  • Write and optimise captions, hashtags and tagging across all posts
  • Manage comments and light community engagement where required
  • Track performance daily and provide insights on what is working
  • Flag top performing posts for boosting and support light paid activity
  • Maintain content calendars and ensure brokers receive their content packs on time
  • Ensure all content is branded and formatted correctly across platforms
  • Identify trends and opportunities for repurposing
  • Provide weekly and monthly performance reports for each broker
  • Maintain consistency and high standards across all broker accounts
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure deadlines are met

Skills and Experience

  • Hands-on experience managing multiple social accounts
  • Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts
  • Excellent copywriting skills for captions and hooks
  • Comfortable with scheduling tools and analytics platforms
  • Strong organisational and workflow skills
  • Detail oriented with high accuracy
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and stakeholders
