Role: SEO Manager

Reports to: Marketing Manager
The SEO Manager is responsible for ensuring White & Co’s content, websites and key initiatives are fully leveraged for organic search performance.
This role sits between content, social, digital and web. You will take content already being produced across the business – particularly social-first content such as Instagram, broker output and campaigns – and ensure it is repurposed, structured and deployed in a way that delivers long-term SEO value.
This is an SEO all-rounder role with strong technical foundations, focused on execution, optimisation and coordination rather than ownership of a standalone channel.
You will work closely with the Head of Marketing, Digital Marketing, external web agency, Broker Content Lead and creative teams to ensure SEO is built into how content is planned, reused and distributed, not treated as an afterthought.
