Job Title – Off-Plan Campaign Manager

Role Overview

The Off-Plan Campaign Manager is responsible for the planning, briefing, coordination and delivery of all off-plan marketing campaigns at White & Co.

This role ensures every off-plan project launches on time, follows a clear and consistent structure and directly supports broker conversations and conversions. The Campaign Manager sits between the off-plan team and marketing, enforcing standards, timelines and performance across multiple concurrent projects.

This is a delivery-focused role and is critical to scaling White & Co’s off-plan operation.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Planning & Delivery

  • Plan and manage the delivery of up to 24 off-plan campaigns per year
  • Own launch calendars, priorities and timelines across all live projects
  • Ensure each campaign launches against a single, clearly defined commercial objective
  • Act as the central point of accountability for off-plan marketing delivery

Briefing & Asset Delivery

  • Own the briefing and delivery of all off-plan campaign assets, including:

     

    • Sales decks and investment PDFs
    • Landing pages and microsites
    • Paid media creative and retargeting assets
    • Broker enablement materials
    • Supporting content assets where required

       

  • Write clear, structured briefs for design, digital, video and performance teams
  • Ensure all assets are delivered on time, to standard and fit for purpose
  • Coordinate revisions and approvals to avoid delays or rework

     

Sales & Broker Alignment

  • Work closely with brokers to extract deal logic, pricing rationale and investment narrative
  • Oversee the structure and delivery of the Hero Sales Asset (20-25 slide deck)
  • Ensure broker-facing materials are complete and ready before launch
  • Maintain message discipline across the sales floor

     

Broker Enablement

Ensure every off-plan campaign includes:

  • WhatsApp voice note script
  • Three-message follow-up sequences
  • Objection-handling one-pager
  • Comparison sheet vs nearby projects
  • Live or daily availability tracker

Launch Management

  • Manage soft launches for internal brokers and priority clients
  • Coordinate public launches within defined 7-10 day windows
  • Support optional launch accelerators such as investor events, walkthroughs or developer sessions
  • Ensure timely updates on unit availability and sales momentum

Performance & Reporting

  • Work with Performance Marketing to align media activity with inventory and demand
  • Track and report on campaign performance using commercial metrics:

     

    • Cost per qualified lead
    • Lead-to-viewing ratio
    • Viewing-to-reservation ratio
    • Revenue per broker
    • Days to sell-through

       

  • Run post-campaign reviews and document learnings

Process & Standards

  • Own and maintain the off-plan campaign framework
  • Ensure consistency across sales decks, landing pages, microsites, paid media and broker materials
  • Enforce standards, timelines and ways of working
  • Monitor team capacity and flag when additional support is required

What Success Looks Like

  • All off-plan campaigns are clearly briefed, delivered and launched on time
  • Website assets, microsites and ad creative are accurate, approved and live without delays
  • Brokers feel fully supported and aligned before selling begins
  • Campaigns perform predictably against agreed objectives
  • Inventory sells efficiently within defined timeframes
  • Each launch improves through structured learnings

Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years experience in campaign management, property marketing or performance-led environments
  • Strong understanding of off-plan real estate or high-value sales cycles
  • Proven experience briefing and delivering digital, web and paid media assets
  • Highly organised with strong stakeholder management skills
  • Commercially minded and comfortable working in fast-paced environments
