Role Overview

White & Co is looking for a full time Inhouse Photographer to be embedded within the business and play a central role in our content engine.

This role is about capturing real moments across the company as they happen. The focus is documentary rather than staged. You will move naturally through the office capturing people, culture, scale and personality without interrupting the flow of work.

Alongside this, you will be confident setting up and directing shoots when required, supporting both internal content needs and external campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

Day to Day Capture

• Capture candid, high quality moments across all areas of the business
• Move discreetly through meetings, teams and office spaces
• Document culture, leadership presence and growth at White & Co
• Build and maintain a strong internal image library

Brand and Content Support

• Support marketing, recruitment and broker content initiatives
• Capture portraits, lifestyle imagery and behind the scenes content
• Ensure visual consistency in line with White & Co brand standards
• Organise, label and manage photography assets

Shoot Setup and Direction

• Set up lighting and environments for planned shoots
• Confidently direct individuals and small groups when required
• Support and lead external shoots with partners and agencies
• Ensure shoots run smoothly with minimal disruption

Experience and Skills

• Proven experience in photography, ideally within lifestyle, documentary, brand or corporate environments
• Strong eye for candid moments and visual storytelling
• Comfortable working in a fast paced, professional environment
• Confident setting up and directing shoots
• Strong technical understanding of camera, lighting and composition
• Organised, reliable and discreet
