Role Overview

We are hiring a Lead Creative Content and Campaigns professional to own the creative thinking, shooting and delivery of video-led content across the business.

The successful candidate will be responsible for spotting cultural and commercial moments, turning them into strong creative ideas, and leading those ideas from concept through to execution on set. You will think audience and objective first, then determine the right platforms, formats and distribution approach.

You will be hands-on during shoots, directing contributors, working closely with videographers and ensuring the final output delivers on the original idea. The ambition is to create campaign-led, long-lasting and award-worthy work

Real estate experience is strongly preferred. Strategic thinking, creative confidence and professional maturity are essential.

Core Responsibilities

Creative Strategy and Ideation

  • Develop campaign ideas rooted in audience insight, business objectives and brand positioning
  • Spot cultural, seasonal and commercial moments and proactively build creative concepts around them
  • Ideate brand films, property showcase concepts, recruitment and culture content, awards entries and evergreen brand assets
  • Create work that is platform-agnostic at the idea stage, with formats adapted later

Campaign and Content Leadership

  • Lead creative development for major campaigns, launches and brand moments
  • Build narratives that can be extended across multiple assets and platforms
  • Ensure content is designed to be reused, repurposed and extended over time – enable the assets to be sweated
  • Move the team away from reactive, one-off posting towards planned, campaign-based output

Production and On-Set Direction

  • Own the creative vision from concept to final delivery
  • Be present on shoots to direct contributors, talent and videographers
  • Ensure people being filmed are properly briefed, confident and aligned to the objective
  • Work closely with videographers and editors to ensure execution matches the original idea

Collaboration and Stakeholder Management

  • Work closely with marketing, design, social and leadership teams to align creative with business priorities
  • Clearly substantiate and sell in creative ideas to senior stakeholders
  • Balance creative ambition with commercial reality and brand standards

Standards, Quality and Progression

  • Raise the creative bar across all video and campaign output
  • Maintain high standards of taste, tone and execution
  • Ensure content reflects the scale, professionalism and ambition of the business
  • Continuously refine ideas based on performance, feedback and outcomes

Experience and Requirements

Essential
  • 5+ years of experience in content, creative or campaign-led roles
  • Demonstrated ability to ideate, sell in and execute creative ideas
  • Hands-on experience directing or leading video shoots
  • Strong understanding of audience-led marketing and brand building
  • Comfortable working in structured environments with clear objectives and processes
  • Strong communication skills and professional maturity
Highly Preferred
  • Real estate experience or adjacent premium sectors
  • Experience creating campaign-led or long-form brand content
  • Familiarity with video production workflows and post-production processes
  • Experience working with senior stakeholders and leadership teams
