We are hiring a Content Creative Lead to define and elevate the creative output of the business.

This is not a content coordination role.
This is not a trend-chasing social role.
This is not an editing position.

This role owns the thinking behind our video-led output.

You will develop campaign-led ideas rooted in audience insight and commercial objectives. You will identify cultural and market moments and turn them into structured creative concepts. You will lead those ideas from concept through to execution on set, ensuring the final output reflects the original thinking.

You will think audience and revenue first. Format and platform follow.

The ambition is to create campaign-led, long-lasting and commercially effective work that raises the perception of the brand and drives measurable results.

Real estate experience is strongly preferred. Strategic thinking, creative authority and professional maturity are essential.

Core Responsibilities

Creative Strategy and Ideation

Develop campaign-first creative concepts aligned to business objectives and revenue targets.
Identify cultural, seasonal and commercial opportunities and translate them into structured campaigns.
Ensure all ideas are rooted in audience insight and commercial impact, not just aesthetics

Production Leadership

Lead and direct shoots confidently, setting the creative tone and maintaining standards.
Direct brokers, contributors and talent with clarity and authority.
Work closely with videographers and editors to ensure execution matches the original concept.

Standards and Creative Direction

Define and maintain a clear creative standard across broker and brand content.
Raise the quality and consistency of output across all video-led work.
Build repeatable creative systems rather than one-off reactive posts.

Commercial Alignment

Collaborate with Marketing and Leadership teams to ensure content supports sales and lead generation.
Measure performance and iterate creative thinking based on results.
Understand what drives qualified enquiries, not just engagement.

Experience and Requirements

5–7+ years’ experience in creative, content or campaign-led roles.
Demonstrated experience leading shoots and directing contributors or talent.
Proven ability to develop structured campaign concepts, not just reactive content.
Strong understanding of audience psychology and commercial performance.
Experience operating in fast-paced, performance-driven environments

Strong portfolio demonstrating:
– Clear creative thinking
– Campaign structure and narrative
– High production standards
– Commercial awareness and outcomes

Real estate experience strongly preferred.
Agency experience is advantageous.
Experience working with premium, lifestyle or aspirational brands is beneficial.

Must be confident:
– Presenting and defending ideas to senior stakeholders.
– Leading on set with calm authority.
– Maintaining standards under time pressure.
– Balancing creativity with commercial objectives

Technical understanding of video production workflows required. This is not an editing role.
