Candice, originally from London and raised in Spain, is fluent in Spanish and loves meeting new people and exploring different cultures. Her performing arts background, from which she graduated, enhances her ability to engage and inspire large groups—a key asset in her training role.
With over a decade in real estate, Candice began as a trainee agent at 20 and has advanced to branch partner. As the Training & Development Director at White and Co Real Estate, she leverages her expertise in sales, negotiation, and psychology to support and develop brokers through comprehensive training and coaching.
Outside of work, Candice embraces adventure—she’s a ‘yes girl’ who loves trying new things. A dog lover and avid foodie, she’s the go-to person for restaurant recommendations, always hunting for the latest food hotspots and exploring diverse cuisines. She thrives on challenges, whether in sports, new activities, or unique experiences.
