Originally from London and raised in Spain, Candice is fluent in Spanish and passionate meeting new people and exploring different cultures. Her performing arts background, in which she holds a degree, enhances her ability to engage and inspire large groups—an invaluable skill in her role as Training & Development Director.
With over a decade of experience in real estate across the UK and Dubai, Candice began her career as a trainee agent at just 20 years old, quickly advancing to branch partner—a testament to her strong leadership abilities. At White & Co Real Estate, she combines her expertise in sales, negotiation, and psychology to train, coach, and mentor brokers, helping them achieve their full potential.
Outside of work, Candice is an adventurer at heart. A dog lover and avid foodie, she’s the go-to for restaurant recommendations and is always on the hunt for the latest food hotspots. She thrives on challenges, embracing new sports, activities, and unique experiences.
