Across the first half of 2026, White & Co ranks first on both for approved transaction value, at AED 5.236 billion across 1,880 approved transactions. On the same two portals, White & Co also ranks first for residential sale leads, the clearest live measure of buyer demand: the volume of people actively enquiring to buy through our listings. Transactions are what we have already closed. Leads are what is coming next. First on both, on both portals.
